Joinville, Brasil. Na sala vazia se apóia - o céu no chão. Longas saias descansam cobrindo aquela noite. A performance Céu no chão, de Letícia Cardoso acontece em hora e tempo determinado, em precisos instantes. O vestido de três pontas funciona enquanto manipulado. Transita em presença dos corpos que tentam solucionar as dificuldades impostas pela confecção dos tecidos, que separa e une ao mesmo tempo. As três saias então criam incertezas; os movimentos não funcionam isolados, mas fazem parte de um eco. Um gesto reverbera no movimento do outro; e do outro. Debaixo das saias traços marcam o movimento no céu de março. A cor do vestido se desloca como pintura em contraposição ao desenho negro do chão. Um desenho celeste, caído. Assim, a passagem do vestido pela cartografia do dia ativa um lugar onde o transitório e a impermanência transparecem no espaço, desaparecem no tempo.

The performance The sky on the ground by Letícia Cardoso happens in a certain time and place, in precise instants. The dress with the 3 tips functions when it’s being used. It transits in the presence of the bodies that try to solve the difficulties imposed by the confection of the cloths, that separates and unites at the same time. The three skirts thus create uncertainties; the movements don’t function in isolation, but make part of an echo. Every gesture reverbeates in the movement of the other; and the other. Under the skirts traces mark the movement of the March sky. The color of the dress moves like paint in contraposition with the black drawing on the floor. A celestial drawing, fallen. This way, the passage of the dress from the chartography of the day activates a place where the transitory and impermanence appear in space, disappear in time.
